This comprised securing a qualified operator at market rentals and favourable terms for the Lessor, and was achieved by identifying supply and demand dynamics and assessing the market rental. We also produced a market rental assessment, tender documents and identified suitable operators. The analysis of cash flows of competing offers and prepared/negotiated heads of agreements for lease allowed competitive negotiations.

This comprised assistance in the negotiation process of securing a suitable operator for the parking station serving the $260m luxury hotel refurbishment.  Services included independent advice and assessment of management proposals in order to short list and secure the optimum operator on the best terms for the property asset owner prior to disposal.
